This is the highest capacity and most power-dense Model S battery module offered by Tesla.  It consists of 516 18650 batteries, and was found in the 100kWh Model S sedans. This is one of the best battery modules available for energy density and power, allowing ranges up to or over 250 miles per chage on many classic EV conversions. 
 
Each module is 22.8V and 6.4 kwh, so 16 modules will power your high kw 400V EV conversion and provide lots of battery capacity!  We use these in some of our Tesla LDU builds due to their higher current handling capabilities.
