This is the standard Model S battery module offered by Tesla.  It consists of 444 18650 batteries, and was found in the 85kWh Model S sedans. This is one of the best battery modules available for energy density and power, allowing ranges up to or over 200 miles per charge on many classic EV conversions. 
 
Each module is 22.8V and 5.3 kwh, so 16 modules will power your high kw 400V EV conversion and provide lots of battery capacity!  We use these in some of our Tesla LDU builds due to their high capacity and common availability.  Sometimes they are tricky to fit all 16 into a classic EV.
