The iM-375, a higher-powered upgrade of the iM-225, uses the CM350 inverter and HVH250 motor core. Delivering 580Nm and 400kW (537hp) peak at 700Vdc, this compact module includes an oil pump, cooler, sump, and water pump.
 
The iM-375, a higher-powered upgrade of the iM-225, uses the CM350 inverter and HVH250 motor core from Borg Warner/Cascadia to form a compact integrated EV drive module that packs a 580Nm (537 hp, 428 ft-lb.) punch within a compact package. It’s loaded with integrated features like an oil pump, oil cooler, oil sump and water pump.  The iM225 drive system is a small, versatile 400V drive unit that fits perfectly in a most EV conversions.
